He has been an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association since 1991 and has been selected as an arbitrator in more than 300 cases involving employment disputes, real estate matters, and commercial litigation. He has also previously served as an Arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers (“NASD”) now known as FINRA. Mr. Epstein has participated in hundreds of mediations and has completed the prestigious Mediation Program at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.
