Mr. Epstein has been an attorney for more than 40 years and has had more than 100 trials. During his legal career, Mr. Epstein has been primarily engaged in the litigation of employment, real property, and business matters. In the employment area, he has represented both employers and employees in cases involving wrongful termination, sexual harassment, disability discrimination, and wage and hour claims both on an individual and class wide basis. He has lectured extensively on employment law issues, has conducted workplace investigations, and has conducted training seminars on such subjects as sexual harassment, discrimination and termination of employees for such diverse entities as the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the San Fernando Board of Realtors, trade groups, and businesses.
As an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association for 25 years, on both the employment panel and commercial panel, Mr. Epstein has served as an Arbitrator in more than 200 cases. In addition, Mr. Epstein is a graduate of the mediation program at the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution and has been involved in hundreds of mediations both as a mediator and as an attorney.
